Rogers - Rogers One Number
Rogers launched Rogers One Number, a revolutionary service that unified the different ways customers communicated into one integrated experience. It allowed Rogers customers to stay connected easily and seamlessly between multiple devices and media (email, video chat, voice, text) with one common mobile number. A highly targeted integrated awareness campaign was critical. While much of the media resources would be focused on reaching existing customers through dedicated channels, this would be complimented with support in retail, web, mobile, and mass communication. The campaign demonstrates the capability of working in a variety of media, including brand stewardship, and developing multiple marketing pieces in both print and digital formats.
The program exceeded projections and delivered 185% over expectations for net new registrations.
